1. Do you accept returns?
I do not accept returns after an order has been shipped and all sales are final.
Returns/exchanges for items that were damaged or when an error occurs on my part will be considered on a case by case basis. Please contact me using the contact form within 30 days of payment so we can work it out.
Refunds will not be provided if an order arrived too late or later than expected or if package was lost by post office.
2.) When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days (not including weekends/holidays.) Choosing expedited shipping does not waive this processing time on my end or mean your item(s) will ship sooner.
3.) Where do you ship from?
I ship from Frederick, MD.
4.) Do you do custom orders?
Not yet, but hopefully in the future.
Custom Order Inquiry
A few things to know:
- The starting price for a custom order is $50. Prices can vary from there depending on time necessary to acquire figures, cost of materials, etc.
- Sometimes I have to find and order the figures requested. This can potentially increase turnaround time if issues come up with the seller and/or the mail service being used to get the figures to me. I will strive to keep you informed, but sometimes delays are out of my hands.
- Once a bag charm/bauble is complete, there's no going back and changing anything so it will be very important to be as detailed as possible when filling out the custom order form provided after purchase.
- There are no refunds on custom orders once purchased.
