1. Do you accept returns?

I do not accept returns after an order has been shipped and all sales are final. 

Returns/exchanges for items that were damaged or when an error occurs on my part will be considered on a case by case basis. Please contact me using the contact form within 30 days of payment so we can work it out. 

Refunds will not be provided if an order arrived too late or later than expected or if package was lost by post office. 

2.) When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days (not including weekends/holidays.) Choosing expedited shipping does not waive this processing time on my end or mean your item(s) will ship sooner. 

3.) Where do you ship from?

I ship from Frederick, MD. 

4.) Do you do custom orders?

Not yet, but hopefully in the future.
