Refund policy

Generally speaking, I am unable to accept returns. 

If an item arrives damaged or incorrectly, please contact me at sarah@baublesquadron.com and we will work together to find a solution. 

Refunds/returns will not be provided if there is an issue with a mail carrier or items arrive late/later than hoped for. There is a 3-5 business day processing period for all orders that is not factored into the shipping time.
